Wrinkleless skin in 30 days?

I have been ill for 3 days now...which is pretty boring. I still feel really bad (but worked today anyway) and don't eat a lot (which is hopefully good for my weight). Anyway...I have just started a new project and that is to look younger by reducing my wrinkles ha ha. Well...already many (everybody) tells me I look young for my age, which is really pretty flipping nice...BUT since age is my one of my enemies I won't take any prisoners now. I will aim for total annihilation. As a battle plan I looked up a page with the promising title "23 Ways to Reduce Wrinkles".

Number 1,2 and 3 were easy don't sun tan (check), if you do wear sunscreen (check) and don't smoke (check).

Number 4, get adequate sleep hmm..I have to work on this. With too little sleep my body produce cortisol which causes my skin-cells break down (and also make me fat)...so two reasons to get sleep.

Number 5, sleep on your back (to avoid "sleep lines"), well, I'll try...but it is not that easy to decide the body position once you are unconscious.

Number 6, don't squint, get reading classes (check, well I have lenses, but that is the same right?) I should also avoid any other repetitive facial movement (I guess that means not making pouting at my boyfriend when I am mad?...that'll be hard).

Number 7, eat more fish check, I just made the boyfriend buy 3 cans of tuna and 3 cans of mackerel. I will eat some every morning.

Number 8, Eat more soy..where does one find that? I must find out.

Number 9 Trade coffee for cocoa...noooo...How will I survive? Ok...a compromise, coffee in morning coca in the evening..okay?

Number 10. Eat more fruit and vegetables (check, I already eat a lot but I don't mind increasing it a bit for 30 days.

Number 11. 13-18. Use a whole variation of creams and moisturiser with certain ingredients, growth factors, vitamin C, pentapeptides, idebenone, alpha-hydroxy acids, retenoids..wow....since I DON*T have a pharmacy at home, no money for expensive creams I just slap on what I have in the bathroom cabinet, but do it twice a day not just in the evenings...well some evening...like once in a while. So every morning AND evening from now on...and just hope that my creams contain any of the ingredients mentioned.

Number 12. don't over-wash your face. Preferably use a cleanser...hm..I like soap better but I guess I can use cleanser...I do have some of that too in my bathroom cabinet.

Number 19-23 are all expensive procedures that I cannot afford such as botox and chemical peeling...so maybe not a total annihilation but I will put up a good fight.

I also decided some own things to add to the above and that is:
1. facial anti wrinkles massage every night.
2. use less cover cream, during the day (i will just use some bare minerals I got as a free sample...see below).
3. drink more water.
4. exercise more.

I'll see in 30 days if all of these auctions give any visible result, and you as well...if you know me.
