"Pretty"-days are not good for my wallet
Today I went to Erik's (second hand) with my daughter. When I was there I met a former colleagues who said that she wanted to buy a poem from me. I loooove that someone think I write well enough to charge money for it.
In regards to the headline...I have days when I think I am "pretty" and days when I think I am "ugly". My pretty-days are like good hair days...only more complete. When I have my pretty days I think all clothes I try on (well..more or less) looks good on me.I don't know why I have days when I fancy myself a bit better but everyone seem to have days like that.
Anyway...the long and the short of it is that I bought a lot of clothes today, which I would not have done if I have had one of my ugly-days. I bought:
1 pair of gloves for 30 SEK
1 belt for the same price
2 jacketS 150 +80 SEK
1 fur vest 100 SEK
MANY tops (as shown in pictures), most of them cost 50 SEK each
BUT...even if I did spend a lot of money it was still a LOT less than I would have had to pay if they were new. So if Pretty-days are bad for my wallet, second hand is good for it.
